Terms of Service

These terms apply to authorized use of Globespan Services for Travelspan and Amrals internal automation services and approved travel-guidance tools.

Authorized use

The service is intended for authorized Travelspan, Amrals, and approved business users. Users must use the service only for legitimate business purposes and only with data they are permitted to access.

Connected accounts

When connecting a third-party account such as Google, the user authorizes the service to access only the permissions approved through that provider. Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their accounts and credentials.

Internal information

Internal reports, guidance, pricing, customer information, and operational data must be handled according to Travelspan and Amrals business policies. Users must not intentionally disclose restricted internal information to unauthorized parties.

Service availability

The service may be updated, suspended, or changed as business or technical requirements change. Automated outputs should be reviewed when required by normal business controls.

Third-party services

The service may rely on third-party platforms such as Google, Vercel, and automation providers. Use of those services may also be subject to their applicable terms and policies.
