Globespan Services supports authorized Travelspan and Amrals internal business automations and approved travel-guidance tools.

Information we may process

When an authorized user connects a Google account, the service may process the Google account information and Google Drive files, folders, metadata, or other data that the user has explicitly authorized the connected application to access. The service may also process information submitted to internal Travelspan or Amrals workflows.

How information is used

Information is used only to operate the requested business functions, such as monitoring designated Drive folders, reading or moving authorized files, generating internal reports, and supporting approved Travelspan or Amrals workflows.

Google user data

Google user data is used only for the functionality authorized by the user and is not sold or used for advertising. Access is limited to the permissions granted through Google OAuth and to the business purposes described above.

Sharing

Information may be processed by service providers required to operate the workflow, such as Google, Vercel, and the automation platform used by Travelspan or Amrals. We do not sell personal information.

Retention and security

Data is retained only as needed for business operations, recordkeeping, security, and the operation of authorized workflows. Reasonable administrative and technical safeguards are used to protect connected accounts and business data.

Revoking access

An authorized user may revoke Google account access through their Google Account security settings. Access may also be removed by disconnecting the applicable credential from the connected automation service.
